Groundwell Farm is a small family farm located in Macon County, Tennessee. We are focused on sustainability and local food security. We grow as much of our own food as possible. So in 2021 we started raising our own rabbits!
The Groundwell Fluffery not only provides our family with delicious, nutritious rabbit meat but we are also helping others by providing them with good, healthy breeding stock with which to start their own rabbit operations!
But at Groundwell Farm we are not only about food. We also love to work with our hands creating beauty in many forms. Thus, in January 2022 we started Groundwell Prints, a hand block printing shop! Go to the Groundwell Prints page to see what’s coming off the blocks now!

I live very far away from your home of Tennessee, but allow me to tell you what a wonderful project you are doing. It is people like yourself and others who are working to save the planet who really do make an enormous difference. Joe and Barb, it was great to meet you yesterday. You raise some of the most well formed rabbits I have ever seen. They are beautiful. We re-homed Ricky, Lucy, and Ethel yesterday afternoon. They are adjusting great. They are eating the feed we use, and some hay. If you are ever in our neck of the woods please drop by for a visit. One more thing, what are the dimensions of your nest boxes?
